About the Role:

Youll be the on-site leader, owning every step of the building process. From breaking ground to final walkthrough, you will train, coordinate trades, enforce scope, protect schedules, and maintain our Quality, Complete, Clean standards. You will inspect details, prevent problems, and ensure every home reflects the standard our name represents.

You will work closely with trade partners, suppliers, inspectors, and team members to keep projects moving forward while protecting quality and the homeowner experience.

Framing experience
