• Hands-on construction field experience (labor, field tech, or similar) or a trade background
• Ability to work outdoors full-time in heat and varying weather conditions

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between multiple job sites daily
• Comfortable working with construction managers and general contractors
• Strong attention to detail

Day-to-Day:
