We're looking for a Consruction Inspector with transporation/bridges/roadway experience to work in Lake Havasu City on a long project starting in October 2026. 

Responsibilities

Performing contract item inspections for ensuring compliance with plans and specifications on all phases of highway or bridge construction projects including but not limited to;earthwork operations, placing of base and roadbed materials, materials control at asphalt and batch plants, culvert construction, pile-driving, placing structural steel, erecting false work, forms and structural steel.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of contract documents to include but not limited to the Standard Plans and Specifications, varying types and methods of industry construction practices,
  • State safety orders, traffic control, field office engineering techniques, effective communication, both written and verbal and negotiation skills with respect to internal and external clients.
  • A minimum of five years of construction inspection experience is preferred but not required.

The pay range for this position in California is $ 55.00 to $65,00 per hour. Base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
