    Are you an experienced construction professional ready to make your mark on a high-impact, long-term project? Join Team Rohadfoxโ€”a company that values growth, great benefits, and a team-first culture. Weโ€™re seeking an experienced Field Inspector to join our joint venture team. . You will assist in the field inspection effort by observing and enforcing compliance with the Terms and Conditions (plans and specifications) of a Construction Contract. Previous airport project experience is a big plus.


    What Youโ€™ll Do

    As a Field Inspector, youโ€™ll coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. You will:

    ๏ƒ˜ Participate in verifying progress payments

    ๏ƒ˜ Attend Progress and Safety Meetings (weekly)

    ๏ƒ˜ Prepare personally, Daily Inspection Reports (DIRs).

    ๏ƒ˜ Work with the RE field Staff-Engineers, Admin/clerks

    ๏ƒ˜ Safeguard and maintain the equipment (office and vehicular)

    ๏ƒ˜ Monitor and ensure the correction of non-conforming work

    ๏ƒ˜ Assist in processing change orders, claims and revisions to the contract schedule and budget

    ๏ƒ˜ Assist in the timely closeout of the construction contract

    ๏ƒ˜ Other tasks as may be assigned.


    What Weโ€™re Looking For

    • Experience: 7-10 years in construction field inspection, with a strong focus on civil/structural
    • Background: Prior experience as a Field Inspector or Field Engineer
    • Knowledge: Understanding of QA/QC plans, safety protocols, and project procedures manuals
    • Software: Familiarity with tools like PMWeb, Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Word, and similar platforms
    • Communication: Strong reporting and coordination skills


    Preferred Qualifications

    • College degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
    • OSHA 10-Hour Safety Certification (minimum requirement)
    • NICET Certification (highly preferred)
