Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Administrator to support our construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of construction experience, with a strong background in construction documentation and administrative processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of construction experience
  • Experience with lien releases, draw requests, permitting, and working with city departments
  • Experience in multifamily and affordable housing construction preferred
  • Strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and documentation requirements
  • Some travel may be required

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and track construction draw requests and supporting documentation.
