Role Description The Construction Draw Specialist is a full-time, on-site or remote role based in Orlando, Florida. This position is responsible for managing and processing construction draw requests, including verifying documentation, reviewing budgets, and coordinating disbursements according to loan terms. The specialist will communicate regularly with borrowers, builders, inspectors, and internal team members to ensure timely funding and accurate tracking of project progress. Daily tasks include updating loan records, monitoring construction milestones, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves preparing reports, identifying potential risks in construction timelines or budgets, and supporting the lending team with construction-related inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction lending, loan servicing, or mortgage operations, with strong knowledge of construction draw processes and documentation.
  • Financial analysis and budgeting skills, including the ability to review draw schedules, track costs, and reconcile project expenses.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple files, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines consistently.
