About the Role:

The Dispatch role is critical in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of transportation and logistics operations within the organization. The primary objective is to manage and optimize the scheduling and routing of fleet vehicles to meet delivery deadlines while maintaining compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. This position requires close collaboration with warehouse teams, drivers, and management to ensure efficient inventory flow and timely dispatching of goods. The role also involves monitoring transportation management systems to track shipments, resolve issues proactively, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the Dispatch professional plays a pivotal role in supporting operational efficiency, cost control, and team coordination across the supply chain.

Minimum Qualifications:
