Role Description: The Waterproofing Installer/Laborer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Sonoma, CA. In this role, individuals apply waterproofing materials and systems to foundations, basements, decks and other structures using tools such as sprayers, rollers, trowels, and sealants. Daily tasks include surface preparation, mixing and applying products according to specifications, installing membranes or barriers, and assisting with concrete and masonry work as needed. Waterproofing Installers inspect work areas for leaks or potential water intrusion, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with supervisors and crew members to complete jobs on schedule. The role also involves loading and unloading materials, maintaining equipment, and keeping work sites clean and organized.

Qualifications

·      Ability to perform hands-on construction work, including lifting, carrying materials, and working in varying weather conditions.

·      Basic knowledge of waterproofing methods, building materials, and use of hand and power tools (training will be provided).

·      Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions, read measurements, and adhere to job specifications.

·      Commitment to workplace safety, including proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safety guidelines.

·      Reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work as part of a team on job sites.

·      Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to Sonoma, CA job locations.

·      Previous experience in construction, concrete, or related trades is preferred but not required.
