Accounting Clerk 

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and timely Accounting Clerk to join our company. This position will provide support to our Accounts Payable department and assist with accounting, project documentation, and general office tasks.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes initiative, communicates well, and is comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Accounts Payable department with various accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Complete lien releases and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Review daily logs submitted by foremen.
  • Prepare and complete purchase orders (POs).
  • Assist with preparing and maintaining subcontracts.
  • Organize and maintain accounting and project files.
  • Follow up on outstanding paperwork and documentation.
  • Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support the office and project teams with additional duties as assigned.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
