Job Description: Turning Point Action is looking for a Strategic Administrator to support the planning and execution of projects focused on voter engagement, grassroots outreach and event logistics. Responsibilities include but aren't limited to providing operational support to our specialist team across outreach, communications and digital projects. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring we have the right resources and materials for voter engagement events, coordinating with leadership to ensure timelines are met, and staying up to date on political and cultural trends that shape voter behavior. The ideal candidate should have organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of GOTV events and voter outreach campaigns.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to multiple departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Work closely with the manager to identify and fulfill needs for voter engagement effort and political initiatives.
  • Maintain organized records, documents, and planning materials related to events and projects.
  • Stay up to date with current trends in grassroots activism, and digital mobilization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be able to work in the office at our Headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona.
  • Passion for conservative ideas and principles.

WOW SKILLS:

  • Experience with grassroots organizing, voter outreach, or political event coordination
