Job description

Cornerstone University is seeking an adjunct instructors to facilitate classes in one or more of our schools:
  • School of Media, Ministry, and the Arts
  • Cornerstone Theological Seminary

Requirements include a master's degree in relevant disciplines, several years of professional work in your field. A terminal degree is a plus. Most of our needs are on campus in Grand Rapids, but you may also have an opportunity to teach an online course.
We are a theologically conservative Christian University located in Grand Rapids, MI. Candidates can look forward to teaching courses in the major. Successful candidates will give evidence of scholarly potential and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in undergrad instruction. This is a wonderful opportunity to give back to the profession you love.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
  • The primary responsibilities of the faculty are teaching, spiritual modeling and mentoring.
  • The Cornerstone social work program provides a Christ-focused education that is dedicated to smaller class sizes and training of students.
  • Our faculty enjoy working together to mentor and teach our eager students the complexities of human thinking and connection with a Christian Worldview.
