Description:
Registered Nurse needed with Open Heart experience.
Requirements include experience in CABG, Valve post op, Impella, IABP, and CRRT.
Targeted patient ratios are 1:2 for critical care and 1:3 for intermediate level patients.
Must pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment.
BLS and ACLS certification through AHA is required.
Experience with ventilators, NIH, IV start, ICP, and conscious sedation is necessary.
An Associate's Degree in Nursing or BSN is required.
The candidate must have a valid Registered Nurse License.
Experience with the EPIC charting system is required.
Travelers may be required to float within the healthcare system.
Candidates must be available to work every other weekend and holiday.
The healthcare provider reserves the right to cancel shifts due to low census.
The candidate must be willing and comfortable with floating to other units as needed.
This position requires the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Compliance with licensing requirements and training modules is necessary.
