Construction Recruiter 

We have a tremendous opportunity for someone with construction knowledge looking to get into executive recruiting.  Due to the incredible number of data centers being built now, we have several construction firms desperate for management level talent.

Responsibilities: 

As a recruiter you will be responsible for developing a short list of qualified candidates to present to our clients to meet their current staffing needs.  Specific responsibilities include:  

  • Review and understand the search requirements
  • Develop a recruitment plan
  • Research and identify potential candidates and referral sources
  • Drive the outreach to potential candidates to notify them of the opportunity
  • Sell potential candidates on the opportunity
  • Assess candidates’ qualifications and motivations
  • Determine the short list of candidates to be presented to the client
  • Develop a short career summary to highlight the candidates’ fit to the job
