What You’ll Do
  • Deliver orthopedic treatment interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist.

  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, functional training, and evidence-based treatment plans.

  • Provide hands-on care with a focus on movement, strength, and return to function.

  • Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.

  • Document care efficiently and communicate clearly with supervising PTs.

  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic environment.


Who You Are
  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or eligible) in the state of TN.

  • Experience or strong interest in adult orthopedic rehabilitation.

  • Patient-focused, dependable, and team-oriented.

  • Comfortable building rapport and motivating patients through recovery.

  • Eager to grow clinically and contribute to a supportive workplace.
