A Day in the Life:

On a typical day, your priority is taking care of guests. You will help them choose from a full range of wireless devices, appropriate rate plans, beneficial accessories, product insurance and much more. You will drive traffic by contacting current or potential customers by phone, text, and web platforms. You will complete assigned training courses to help you stay current on the latest products, services, and industry information. These tools will help you succeed in your store and help you grow into the salesperson you aspire to be.


Wireless Consultant Responsibilities:

•Achieve personal sales goals bi-weekly as set by your Store Manager

•Represent Victra and Total Wireless in a positive way while providing excellent customer service

•Review promotions/plans/devices daily

•Make daily outbound calls/Texts to drive sales using a variety of platforms

•Attend Weekly/Monthly Trainings

•Create a premier Retail environment through cleanliness, merchandising, and organization

•Handle all customer service interactions courteously and professionally

•Maintain White Glove cleanliness standards as they change

•Other duties as assigned


Compensation:

We are proud our wireless consultants earn an average minimum #all-in rate of $40-$50k, with additional earning potential when combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.


Job Requirements:

Along with a contagious positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a commitment to a Premier Experience, we are looking for the Wireless Consultant to bring the following:


  • High School diploma or GED
  • Spanish/Bilingual
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment preferred


Physical Requirements

•Ability to lift to 10 pounds

•Ability to stand for long periods of time


Training Requirements

All Wireless Consultants are required to attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 2 weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based trainings will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
