Job description

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to focus on lead generation and sales support, helping drive new business opportunities for the agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, generating opportunities, and earning income based on performance.
Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through outbound calls, social media, and networking
  • Set appointments for licensed agents
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain communication
  • Assist in marketing campaigns and outreach efforts
  • Identify potential clients and qualify leads
  • Support agents in building their pipeline

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospects
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred

Compensation Structure
  • 1099 Independent Contractor Position
Lead Generation Compensation:
  • Earn $25-$75 per qualified appointment that shows up
  • Earn additional bonuses for closed deals generated from your leads
Sales Participation (Optional):
  • If licensed, you may also earn 30%-50% commission on policies you help close
Bonus Opportunities:
  • Monthly performance bonuses based on volume and conversions
