• Conduct initial assessments for new clients through virtual consultations, developing personalized treatment plans based on their specific challenges and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups, covering various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy effectively during sessions.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation of client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying updated on current research trends in mental health and participating in workshops as part of your professional growth.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting, is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertaining to counseling practice.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, substance abuse, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
