Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 Full-Time Monday-Friday, 40hrs On-Call Rotation

If you're a hands-on leader with HVAC certification, strong maintenance experience, and a heart for community, this is your opportunity to grow with a company that's been building affordable housing for 50 years.
What You'll Bring as a Maintenance Supervisor
You're organized, dependable, and skilled in both leadership and repair work. You bring:
  • 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision.
  • HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
  • Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies.
  • High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).

How You'll Make an Impact
As a Maintenance Supervisor at Conifer Realty, you'll:
