Are you familiar with using procurement software when placing or receiving orders and carrying out inventory?
If you answered yes to all the questions above, then you should know the Congressional Country Club is seeking a Stock Room Attendant. The Stock Room Attendant is responsible for assisting the Purchasing Department in supporting the needs of the Congressional Country Club.
The Congressional Country Club is looking for Team Members who believe the impossible is possible. Driven to continuously positively impact the organization and believe that, as a team, we accomplish more.
What will be expected of you:
  • Receive, unload, and process deliveries and account for incoming stock.
  • Organize and maintain the stock room, ensuring it is tidy and inventory is easily accessible.
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues with stock, including damage or discrepancies in numbers.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations within the stock room and club premises.
  • Collaborate with team members from other departments as needed to fulfill club needs.
  • Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including creating purchase orders and requisitions and processing invoices.
  • Full-Time Role

How we determine your qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the food service business is a plus.
  • Private club experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Birch Street software is a plus.
