The Laboratory Technician will carry out analysis according to the section work plan. Follow accredited methods of analysis as detailed in the quality manual. Prioritise analysis according to customer requirements.
Ensure all expectations associated with the submitted samples are met. All duties to be carried out whilst conforming to the laboratory safety plan. Participate in out of hours standby rota.
Ensure that exceedances and unusual results are reported in accordance with company procedures. Document actions taken with flagged results. Where necessary confirmation of the original analysis.
