Position Description:
Ford is embarking a journey to transform and modernize the treasury tools and process to reduce complexity and accelerate sustained Fitness for Ford. A Key enabler of this transformation is delivering modern, best in class solutions to achieve Ford + objectives. You will work with System Integrators to Design, build and configure SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) to meet business processes and business requirements on the IERP Landscape. You will interact with customers to define business processes, write and validate functional specifications, and deliver complex solutions. Ensure timely, cost-effective and successful SAP implementations. Perform SIT, UAT, Load & Performance and Launch activities, as well as on-site hyper care support for all implementations.
Skills Required:
Pair with System Integrators to Gather, analyze and understand business requirements to successfully design and implement SAP TRM solutions.
Participate in the full project lifecycle, from fit-gap analysis to configuration, documentation, training, deployment, and hyper-care support.
Configure and customize SAP TRM modules based on customer specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Responsible and accountable to work with System Integrators to include Enhancements, interfaces, Reports, Data conversions and workflows.
Identify and manage Dependencies with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP TRM with external systems like our Trading Platform and External Vendors ensuring seamless data flow.
Implement Treasury functionality (TRM- Debt, Money Market) , offering recommendations for process improvements and optimizations by participating in technical architecture discussions around business capability, technical functionality and integration
Leverage Agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques to deliver.
Align technical team capacity with business priority, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
Identify and Mitigate Risks and issues before they are Realized.
Troubleshoot and resolve Production issues within SLA.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
Conduct and support testing on SAP platform Functional, Security, Integration, User Acceptance.
Work with cross-functional teams to prepare and stage production builds and verify production releases meet technical and business expectation
Lead and Support PDO Release Management Activities - Cutover, data profiling, extraction, cleansing activities and Launch.
Experience Required:
7- 10+ years of experience configuring SAP TRM or any other SAP Module.
10+ years of experience in FICO Functional and Configuration Preferred.
