Job Description

Responsibilities: 

The Peripheral Manager is a technical delivery position and primary responsibilities include demonstrated in-depth understanding of the technologies in the areas of responsibility and leading the peripherals team. 

Prior demonstrated experience in researching, solutioning and designing technical and business solution designs to critical business needs 

Researches, solution and designs existing and new business applications and/or information systems solutions including databases 

Consults and interfaces directly with leaders and functional area leaders on production support impacts providing business impact and corrective action plans 

Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. 

At least 5 years of experience supporting client server technologies 

At least 5 years of experience supporting project development and must have a solid understanding of all phases of the System Development life cycle 

Works within the Information Technology function, obtaining resources and working in support of objectives and strategies. 

Must demonstrate experience and In-depth understanding of .NET, C#, Web Services, Web Portal technologies, XML, 

SharePoint, RDBMS Databases such as SQL Server or Oracle Applications and infrastructure solutions include both 3rd party software and internally developed applications and infrastructure. 

Experience in IBM OnDemand (ODRAS/WEBi), HP Service Manager, HP PPM, SharePoint, Citrix, MoveIt is preferred 

Must demonstrate the desire and ability to learn new skills and techniques. 

Strong understanding of modern SCM (Software Configuration Management) 

Resolve/monitor customer escalations as appropriate 

Healthcare experience preferred
