  • The Convention Services Manager for the Sheraton Greensboro/Joseph S. Koury Convention Center works directly with clients and meeting planners to coordinate and service conference, convention, corporate, and social groups with guest rooms, and/or catered functions.
  • The position will guide and assist with menu selection, beverage selection, room configuration, and AV needs while up selling contracted food/beverage minimums, as well as associated activities and events.
  • Will effectively communicate client/group needs to all hotel departments as they relate.
  • The CSM is to ensure guest satisfaction and hotel profitability at all times while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
