  • Plus de 5 ans d'experience directe avec les applications PLM et de gestion de configuration (3DExperience, Teamcenter ou Windchill) et soutien des problemes L1/L2/L3. Connaissance des processus PLM (cycle de vie, approbations, gestion de configuration).
  • Expertise en flux de travail, gestion de projets et gestion des acces est un atout.
  • Soutien quotidien des utilisateurs et des administrateurs des applications PLM et de gestion de configuration.

We are seeking an experienced PLM & Configuration Management Functional Analyst to join our Global PLM Practice in Capgemini Engineering.
Your Role
   Act as first point of contact for problem resolution and resolve key systemic production issues
   Support daily PLM and Configuration Management Application Multisite issues 
   New users onboarding to PLM and Configuration Management Applications
   Support end users on PLM and Configuration Management applications
   Create application user training material following specification definition
   Document FAQs for repetitive user issues
   Document test cases for system integration testing and UAT
   Work on PLM and Configuration Management Applications integration issues
Your Skills and Experience
   5+ years direct experience with PLM and Configuration Management Applications (3DExperience or Teamcenter or Windchill) and supporting  L1/L2/L3 issues. Knowledge of PLM Processes (Lifecyle, approvals, configuration management) 
   Expertise in Workflows, project and Access Management is a plus.
   Daily User and admin support of PLM and Configuration Management Applications.
   Documentation experience to create documents and User training manuals is must.
   PLM & Configuration Management experience in Aerospace is a must
   Support users in the Americas region as required
   Good analytical skills with expertise in overall PLM & configuration Management Applications process to solve end user issues
   Should have strong teamwork skills and able to work in open team environment
   Knowledge of PLM, configuration management and knowledge of Aerospace & Defence domain is preferred.
