Position Overview

Seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to design and implement IT Operations Management solutions that improve infrastructure visibility, service mapping, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
  • Ensure CMDB governance and data quality.
  • Integrate monitoring and infrastructure tools with ServiceNow.
  • Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize ITOM processes.
