Detailed Task Description

Analyze HPE Service Manager CMDB Data Model

Map UCMDB/UD CIT Model with HPE Service Manager CMDB Data Model

Import existing relationship mapping from prior uCMDB into the new uCMDB in test and production environment.

Configure mapping for all configuration item types agreed upon during the Workshop.

Configure one (1) integration point in non-production and one (1) integration point in production environment

Configure integration jobs to push discovery configuration items and relationship to HPE Service Manager

Schedule integration to push data on pre-determined schedule

Configuration management process re-alignment and integration with Change Management.

This integration will be to refine unplanned changes and relationship affecting change controls.
