Job Summary:

We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the west metro. This role focuses on order processing, merchandise handling, and inventory tasks within a busy warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of warehouse experience and preferably some reach truck experience. This position offers long-term potential for a motivated individual who takes pride in accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull, pack, and stage merchandise for outbound shipment according to customer order requirements.
  • Use pallet jacks to move inventory and stage materials daily.
  • Follow pallet configuration, labeling, and shipping standards based on specific customer POs.
  • Accurately receive and record incoming shipments; verify items against packing slips.
  • Use warehouse system to log shipment data and product movements.
  • Unpack, label, and stock inventory items using tags, stamps, or electronic tools.
  • Monitor outbound areas and report any discrepancies or shipment issues.
  • Conduct physical counts and verify inventory accuracy.
  • Inspect products for damage, defects, or wear prior to fulfillment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years of warehouse experience required.
  • Experience operating a reach truck highly preferred.
  • Ability to follow detailed order instructions and maintain strong attention to accuracy.
