beBright is seeking an experienced and organized RCM Implementation Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Training and Enablement
  • Build and deliver training on new systems, workflows, and revenue cycle processes for office and central teams.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation, and drive adoption across locations.
Software Conversion and Implementation
  • Lead conversions and migrations between practice management systems, including data migration, configuration, testing, and go-live.
  • Plan and run pilots and phased rollouts, standardizing setup and configuration across systems.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting across the revenue cycle.
  • Measure performance before and after each implementation and use the data to prioritize process improvements.
  • Surface trends in denials, AR, and cash flow to leadership.
Project and Team Leadership
  • Own project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication for each initiative.
  • Manage and mentor implementation and analyst staff and coordinate cross-functional resources as the function scales.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in revenue cycle management with a strong project, implementation, or change-management track record.
  • Hands-on experience with practice management system conversions or software implementations.
  • Strong data and reporting skills, including building dashboards and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Experience developing and delivering training and documentation.
  • Demonstrated project or people leadership experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • PMP or comparable project management certification is a plus.
