Job description

Schedule: Full Time | Mon - Fri | 8am - 4:30pm
Pay: $60,000-$75,000 (exempt), based on location, qualifications, and experience.

As an Associate Systems Analyst, you play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of Vivie's HR technology and business systems. Working alongside leaders across HR, Payroll, IT, and other departments, you'll help implement system enhancements, improve processes, maintain data integrity, and deliver solutions that make work easier for our teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, solving problems, and turning ideas into action. You'll partner with system owners to execute projects, support users, improve workflows, and help ensure our systems operate efficiently and effectively.
As an Associate Systems Analyst, you will:
  • System Support & Administration - Support the day-to-day administration of Vivie's systems by maintaining employee data, assisting with system configuration, testing updates, managing user access, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Process Improvement & Implementation - Partner with leaders to identify opportunities to improve workflows and system processes. Assist with implementing new processes, system enhancements, automation, and efficiencies that improve the team member experience.
  • Reporting & Data Support - Create, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards. Analyze data to identify trends, support decision-making, and help leaders monitor key operational and workforce metrics.
  • Technical Support & Training - Provide timely support to system users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, documenting procedures, and assisting with training on system functionality and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, Operations, and vendor partners to support projects, system implementations, compliance activities, and ongoing operational needs.
  • Project Execution - Assist with system upgrades, testing, implementations, and special projects by coordinating tasks, documenting outcomes, and ensuring successful execution of project deliverables.
  • Other Duties as Assigned - The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.

This job also requires:
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • One to three years of experience supporting HR systems, business systems, or technology solutions preferred.
  • Experience working with HRIS, payroll, or enterprise systems preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated initiative, follow-through, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
  • Ability to pass state-mandated background checks.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and visitors.
