Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze payrolls reports in conjunction with Excel templates.
• Collect, verify, and reconcile employee hours from timekeeping system and cross reference hours worked for specific job.
• Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy
• Use advanced Excel to analyze, organize, and report data to monitor and maintain compliance with prevailing wage reports.
• Track and audit employee time records, including overtime, sick leave, PTO, and other pay codes.
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information with integrity
• Coordinate with HR and field supervisors to resolve discrepancies in time and payroll data.
• Leverage advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, formulas, lookups) to analyze and organize data
• Support operations with data insights and administrative precision Prevailing Wage Reporting and Analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2+ years of payroll or accounting experience, preferably in landscape, construction, or a related industry.
• Proven 10-key data entry speed and accuracy
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
• Ability to handle sensitive/confidential data
• Experience in accounting, data entry, payroll, or similar highly preferred
• Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
• Problem-solving skills.

• Office environment with occasional field visits for training or audit support
