We are now seeking a high-level Director of Corporate & Strategic Partnerships to help scale our sponsorship, media, and strategic partnerships division from approximately $350K annually toward $1M+ and beyond. Please note this is an IN-OFFICE role located in Celebration Florida.
POSITION SUMMARY
This is not a traditional sponsorship sales role. This is an opportunity to help build and monetize one of the fastest-growing media and events ecosystems within the private healthcare business industry. You will be the head of a department that has already generated $350K in the last twelve months and you will be responsible for managing the current account rep and the sales development rep who will help set appointments for you to close. You will also be expected to hunt for your own deals.
You will be responsible for:

  • developing high-value brand relationships
  • packaging ecosystem-wide partnership opportunities
  • helping position Paul Gough Media and PAULAI as the central business and media platform within the industry

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Partnership Growth
  • Grow annual corporate partnership revenue from $350K toward $1.3M+
  • Develop long-term annual partnership agreements
  • Increase sponsor retention and recurring revenue

Sponsorship Sales
  • Sell event sponsorships
  • Sell podcast sponsorships
  • Sell livestream and media integrations
  • Sell awards sponsorships
  • Develop AI ecosystem partnerships
  • Sell ANNUAL contracts

Partnership Development
  • Build relationships with healthcare vendors, SaaS companies, technology brands, and strategic partners
  • Develop category exclusivity opportunities
  • Identify emerging sponsorship inventory
