The Conference Services Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing group meetings, conferences, and events while providing exceptional service from the planning stage through departure. This role serves as the primary hotel contact for assigned groups, translating client expectations into detailed event plans and ensuring seamless communication across hotel departments.

Key responsibilities include managing event details, preparing and distributing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and group resumes, coordinating meeting space, food and beverage requirements, audiovisual needs, room blocks, special requests, and event timelines. The Conference Services Manager will conduct client meetings and site visits, communicate changes to operational teams, and be present during key events to ensure successful execution.

The ideal candidate has previous hotel convention services, catering, events, or hospitality experience with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple groups and deadlines, and a passion for luxury hospitality are essential.

This position works closely with Sales, Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments to deliver the elevated service and memorable experiences expected of a Curio Collection by Hilton property.
