  • Office Operations
  • Provide and coordinate audio visual services
  • Manage office postings and signage
  • Assist with reception services
  • Order and maintain offices supplies
  • Conduct floor inspections
  • Key management
  • Coordinate office space maintenance
  • Coordinate break area equipment maintenance
  • Coordinate office equipment maintenance

  • Participate as a member of the emergency response and location management team
  • Provide scheduled reporting for safety and security audits
  • Assist with maintaining all safety and security standards

Additional Job Details:

Basic Qualifications 3+ years customer service experience

2+ years event coordination experience Preferred Qualifications 

Experience using office collaboration tools (Skype, Cisco SX80 and CX5000 video conference systems)
