Indotronix is seeking an:HR / Staff Analyst 3 , Everett, WA.
 
Shift: First
Start Time:7:00 AM
End Time:3:30 PM
Is Clearance Required To Start?:No
 
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain schedules, budgets and logistics for trainings, simulations and events.
Manage integrated calendars, schedule events and book conference rooms and other facilities.
Create and assign role-based training plans in the learning platform; submit new or updated course content and track approvals.
Assign mandatory training by role and use available data sources to identify and segment target audiences.
Manage enrollments and rosters; monitor training completion and produce distribution-ready completion and compliance reports.
Monitor and produce reports and dashboards to track completions, enrollment status and related metrics.
Provide facilitation and event support: facilitator scheduling, prep meetings, reminders, printed materials/scripts, materials production, audio/visual logistics and onsite setup (including factory tours).
Prepare, schedule and facilitate meetings and group presentations as needed.
Communicate upcoming trainings and maintain ongoing communication cadence with participants and stakeholders.
Support hiring activities: track resumes, schedule interviews (virtual and onsite), book interview rooms, and coordinate interview panels.
Required Skills:
3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and cross-functional logistics across multiple stakeholders
Experience developing and maintaining trackers/schedules and driving actions to closure
Experience collecting, organizing, and summarizing data into clear written communications (e.g., status reports, briefings, meeting outputs)
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint
Preferred Skills:
6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and cross-functional logistics across multiple stakeholders
Experience developing and maintaining trackers/schedules and driving actions to closure
Experience collecting, organizing, and summarizing data into clear written communications (e.g., status reports, briefings, meeting outputs)
