Position Summary
The Office Coordinator supports office operations, facilities, and employee engagement initiatives across assigned TRANZACT locations. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and on-site support to ensure seamless workplace experience for employees, leadership, and visitors.
Office Operations & Facilities Management
  • Oversee daily office operations for the listed TRANZACT offices, including front office duties, maintenance needs, inventory/equipment management, and space planning for the Raleigh Office.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with building management, maintenance teams, and office services vendors.
  • Ensure office security and workplace safety compliance for ADA training for each assigned location.
  • Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies, ensuring cost efficiency and timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and service contracts, including cleaning, catering, and maintenance providers.
  • Oversee office services budgets, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
  • Identify and implement office services standards, guidelines, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency across locations.
  • Coordinate and support onsite meeting logistics, including conference room setup and office readiness as needed.
  • Ensure consistent office operations and employee experience across all assigned locations.

Events, Engagement & Culture
  • Coordinate, and execute internal events, including employee engagement initiatives, holiday celebrations, volunteer events, and company meetings.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, catering, décor, audiovisual needs, and vendors.
  • Track event budgets, timelines, and gather post-event feedback to support continuous improvement.
