The Renaissance of Richfield/Bath, a privately owned, family-operated facility in Richfield, Ohio, is dedicated to innovation, creativity, and honoring the legacy of our community while shaping its future. We are seeking a visionary leader to help define the next chapter of our success as Executive Director.

Position Overview

As Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring excellence across all departments. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, preparing reports, managing information requests, and overseeing administrative functions such as correspondence, visitor relations, conference calls, and scheduling.
