Job description

Position Summary:
Under the general direction of the Director of Sales, ensures smooth operation of catering functions and special events. Works as primary contact person for catering sales and promotions. Serves as guest liaison for all special events and catering. Responsible for catering sales, scheduling, and other administrative duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED plus three (3) years' experience in event planning or banquet/catering operations. Casino or hospitality experience preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain Food Handlers Card and Navajo Nation and AZ Alcohol Server certification. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be twenty-one years
(21) of age. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
