The Sedona Conference is a nationally recognized nonprofit legal research and educational institute seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative & Accounting Coordinator to join our team. What You'll Do

As an Administrative & Accounting Coordinator, you'll provide essential support to the Director of Operations, Program Managers, and other staff members. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations, Program Managers, and other staff.
  • Prepare, edit, proofread, and redline contracts, correspondence, and other professional documents.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, communications, and general office operations.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and accounting functions using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
  • Support conferences, webinars, and other organizational initiatives as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and help keep the office running efficiently.
  • Take ownership of projects and work independently while collaborating with the team.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Administrative support experience in a professional office environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional grammar, proofreading, and editing abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • A self-starter who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and follows through.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • Basic to intermediate bookkeeping and accounting knowledge with an understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify challenges and develop practical solutions independently.
