As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Audit Managers and uphold our standard of excellence in client service.
Job Description:
This Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to Audit Managers and select Partners within our organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently and part of a team. This position is in-person and not remote eligible.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties will include but are not limited to
  • Audit Administrative Support:
    • Type client deliverables, reports, and spreadsheets.
    • Handle and route mail and faxes.
  • Travel and Scheduling:
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and travel plans.
    • Maintain managers' schedules and calendars.
    • Plan meetings and conference calls.
  • Financial and Expense Management:
    • Input and reconcile time and expense reports.
    • Coordinate with the Controller on expense requests and other financial matters.
    • Work with managers and executives to achieve monthly billing and collection goals.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Provide phone coverage for managers.
    • Backup to Reception (main line telephone support) and Receptionist duties as needed.
    • Assist with typing and coordinating proposals.
    • Communicate with clients and peers on matters requiring interpretation beyond established procedures.
  • Project Assistance:
    • Assist with projects and research.
    • Support special projects as needed.

Perform various other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or years' experience in a professional position, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Productivity, initiative, professionalism, customer service attitude, attention to detail and quality, ability to multitask, team focus, strong interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communications skills, and adherence to firm and US IT standard operating procedures.
  • Agility
