Position Overview
The Tennessee Department of Human Resources is seeking an HR Analyst / Events & Conference Assistant to provide administrative, event coordination, and operational support for conferences, meetings, and special initiatives.
This role requires strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills to ensure events and programs are delivered efficiently while maintaining a high-quality stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for conferences, meetings, and workshops.
  • Use graphic design tools to create promotional materials and advertisements for events.
  • Design and manage online surveys for event feedback and registration insights.
  • Coordinate event logistics including venues, schedules, materials, speakers, and vendors.
  • Maintain registration lists, attendance records, and event documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
