Position Summary

We are seeking an organized, dependable, and professional Bilingual Administrative Assistant who is fluent in both English and French. The successful candidate will support daily office operations, coordinate schedules, maintain records, and communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff in both languages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct telephone calls, emails, and inquiries in English and French
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents in both languages
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
  • Enter information into databases and spreadsheets
  • Welcome visitors and provide professional front-desk support
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping
  • Record, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and staff events when required
  • Translate or review routine internal communications in English and French
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support management and other team members with special projects
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
