About the Role:

Coney Island Homecare is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Aide to join our caring team in Billings, MT. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients and families during life's most important moments. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene for hospice patients

Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure patient comfort and safety

Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse or care team

Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean care environment

Document care activities accurately and in accordance with hospice care plans

Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospice team members to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred

Prior experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health care is required

Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care setting

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Ability to pass a background check and meet state compliance requirements
