  • Familiar with mixers, roller mills, pulverizers, blenders, scales, pH meters, etc.
  • Knowledge of all cGMPs to produce top quality batches.
  • Knowledge of adjustments, shade matching, and rework of batches.
  • Led a compounding and pre-weigh team by delegating task based off daily and weekly production schedule.
  • Assist with weighing materials with the knowledge of raw material composition.
  • Knowledge of all cGMPs to produce top quality batches.
  • Organized and assisted with validations to help further understand procedures and vessels/equipment being used.
  • Properly handled, used and calibrated homomixers, steam-jacketed vessels, propeller mixers, air mixers, roller mills, pulverizers, double cone blenders, and ribbon blenders.
  • Adjusted towards high demand and fast-paced environment to meet production schedule.
  • Knowledge of adjustments, shade matching, and rework of batches.
  • Verify appropriate weights and materials, monitor raw material Inventory to ensure all materials prior to and during use are up to quality standard.
  • Resolved and analyzed daily tasks and problems to avoid deviations.


QUALIFICATIONS:
