Job Title: Real Estate CC&R Associate Attorney

Location: Orange County, CA (Hybrid)


About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leading Am Law 200 firm with a nationally recognized and sophisticated real estate practice, is seeking a Real Estate CC&R Associate Attorney to join its Orange County office.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney looking to work on complex residential, mixed-use, condominium, and master-planned community developments while advising developers, property owners, and community associations on high-level governance and development matters.


What You'll Do:

  • Advise clients on CC&Rs, condominium developments, and community association matters
  • Draft, review, and revise governing documents, including declarations, bylaws, and related project documentation
  • Counsel developers on project structuring, governance, and regulatory compliance
  • Assist with sophisticated residential and mixed-use development projects
  • Work closely with developers and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
  • Provide strategic guidance on community governance and operational issues
  • 1,950 annual billable hours


Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active California Bar admission
  • 5+ years of real estate experience
  • Experience with:
  • CC&Rs
  • Condominium developments
  • Community associations
  • Real estate development matters
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills


Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $300,000 and $350,000, plus a bonus ($65k - $100k). Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
