As a Concierge, you will serve as the face of Miranova Condominium and play a critical role in creating a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for residents, guests, vendors, and contractors. This position is responsible for managing building access, assisting residents with daily needs, coordinating amenities and deliveries, and supporting building operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
  • Greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.
  • Manage building access by verifying visitors, contractors, deliveries, and service providers.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and correspondence while providing timely and accurate information.
  • Assist residents with requests including package delivery, grocery assistance, key assistance, amenity reservations, and other concierge services.
  • Monitor security cameras and conduct routine patrols of the building, grounds, and parking garage.
  • Maintain knowledge of building security systems, emergency procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Respond appropriately to emergency situations, including fire, elevator, medical, and security incidents.
  • Coordinate resident meeting room reservations and serve as a central point of contact for resident services.
  • Manage package deliveries through Building Link, including package registration, notifications, and resident delivery requests.
  • Verify contractor work orders and issue building access credentials when appropriate.
  • Document incidents, property damage, building concerns, and shift activities through Building Link and shift logs.
  • Perform monthly safety inspections and report deficiencies through the work order system.
  • Support management with special projects and operational initiatives.
  • Assist with valet parking services for residents and guests as needed.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents while delivering a luxury hospitality experience.
What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, concierge services, customer service, residential communities, hotels, or security operations preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
