Job description

Overview
Lewis Brisbois, a full-service Am Law 100 firm, is actively seeking a litigation associate attorney to join its New York, NY office.
The ideal candidate will have one (1) to seven (7) years of experience defending condo and coop boards in connection with inter-building disputes relating to property damage and allegations of breaches of building governance and fiduciary duty. They will manage all phases of litigation, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy. The candidate must have superior writing skills, strong analytical and research abilities, and excellent communication skills. Admission to the New York Bar is required.
