Job Description
The Senior Accounting Analyst, Financial Operations is the member of the Financial Operations - Treasury and Expenses team responsible for managing the supplier invoice approval workflow, working with functional area cost center managers, Procurement and FP&A (as necessary), to ensure and effective and efficient approval process, record assigned monthly other operating expenses, and managing the business processes for the Company's travel and expense program.
The role requires a solid knowledge of accounting, strong communication skills and technological orientation. The position also contributes to process enhancement through the effective use of Workday, Excel, and other technology tools. Success in this role requires attention to detail, sound professional judgment, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, public company environment.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage supplier invoice workflow for assigned legal entities including the initial data classification of invoices working in collaboration with FP&A, Procurement and cost center managers to ensure efficient approval process.
  • Manage the Travel & Entertainment program within Concur, ensuring compliance with T&E policy, as well as the affiliated accounting entries within Workday
  • Complete month-end close responsibilities including journal entries, account certifications and variance analysis.
  • Initiate treasury actions including individual wires and weekly supplier invoice settlements
  • Lead supplier management in Workday, including requests for electronic payment information, contact details, and W-9 forms to ensure efficient 1099 reporting.

Ideal Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate financial operations or public accounting required; experience working with general ledger and month-end processes is preferred.
  • Experience with Workday Financials, Concur, TM1, or similar financial systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to work effectively in spreadsheets and analyze data.
  • Exposure to Copilot, reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI), and other current technologies is a plus.
  • Effective communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills when working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and consistency.

This position requires U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency (Green Card holder) as a condition of employment. We are unable to sponsor work visas or provide support for OPT/CPT programs for this role.
The starting salary range is $72,000 to $96,000.
The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan.
