What You'll Do:

Safely operate a concrete mixer truck in compliance with DOT and company standards 

Complete pre-trip, post-trip, and inspection reports (DVIR)

Deliver high-quality concrete safely and on time 

Work closely with dispatch, plant teams, and quality personnel 

Maintain and clean your assigned truck 

Accurately complete delivery documentation 

Provide professional, reliable service to customers at every stop 

Requirements

 What We're Looking For:

  • Valid NC CDL Class A or B license 
  • Clean driving record 
  • Ability to pass a criminal background and Clearinghouse checks
  • Strong safety record and strong work ethic 
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Physical Requirements: This role is hands-on and active. Drivers must be able to:

  • Lift up to 75 lbs. regularly 
  • Climb ladders and access truck equipment 
  • Sit, stand, and remain active for extended periods 
  • Bend, twist, reach, kneel, and crouch as needed 
  • Use hands and arms for vehicle operation and equipment handling 
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings, including sounds, movement, and visual details
