About the Role
As a Concrete Laborer, you'll join a safety-oriented team working on diverse construction projects. Your contribution will be vital to our success-and you'll be recognized for your dedication and hard work.
  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
  • Follow safety policies, and OSHA/MSHA regulations, using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Perform physical tasks including stretching, bending, lifting, squatting, pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Shovel dirt, stone, and asphalt; handle materials, tools, and supplies to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Assist with traffic control, cleaning, equipment maintenance, and other site duties as needed.
  • Collaborate with managers and co-workers, actively contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, showing flexibility and initiative.
