Job description

Position Summary

The Home Concierge serves as a personal household assistant responsible for supporting high-net-worth clients with the seamless day-to-day operations and lifestyle management of their homes in Howard County, MD. This role centers on high-level household coordination, including vendor management, household inventory oversight, scheduling and overseeing deliveries, and ensuring the home operates efficiently and impeccably at all times. Exceptional customer service and client relations are at the heart of this position. The ideal candidate understands that serving discerning clientele demands professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and a dedication to anticipating and exceeding client expectations at every turn. Supporting responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errand running as needed.


The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a luxury residential environment. A bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.


Key Responsibilities

Household Support

  • Perform light cleaning and tidying to maintain household presentation
  • Assist with laundry, linen changes, and home organization
  • Support with meal preparation and kitchen upkeep
  • Maintain organization of closets, storage areas, and household systems


Concierge & Personal Assistance Services

  • Run errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning pickup/drop-off, returns, and other household-related tasks
  • Accept and organize deliveries and packages
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules for home service providers and maintenance vendors
  • Assist with household inventory management and restocking supplies
  • Monitor household needs and proactively identify service opportunities


Household Coordination
