Immediate Opening Full-Time

The Villas at Seven Canyons, an exclusive luxury residential community nestled in the heart of beautiful Sedona, Arizona, is seeking an enthusiastic, hospitality-focused Concierge to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, enjoys building relationships with homeowners and guests, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences through personalized attention and outstanding hospitality.

Essential Duties
  • Welcome homeowners and guests with a professional, friendly, and personalized arrival experience.
  • Coordinate villa arrivals, departures, and owner reservations.
  • Assist with dining recommendations, activity planning, transportation arrangements, and local area information.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to owner and guest requests while anticipating needs whenever possible.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure Villas are prepared and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Monitor reservations, guest communications, and daily operational reports for accuracy.
  • Prepare arrival amenities, welcome materials, and personalized guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on owner and guest requests.
  • Assist with administrative projects, special events, and additional operational responsibilities as assigned.
  • Deliver exceptional service while representing the luxury standards and hospitality culture of The Villas at Seven Canyons.
