About the Role

Cenegenics is looking for additional physicians to join the team. We have both full-time or part-time opportunities available for the right clinician who is ready to expand their clinical experience in the exciting and growing field of preventive cash-based medicine. Our corporate structure allows us to book new patients for physicians, manage patient pharmacy and lab requisitions as we develop world class programs to meet the needs of our existing and new patient base.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide exceptional 5-Star patient experience by spending more time with patients (lower patient volumes), building long-standing relationships through a personalized, concierge approach to age management medicine care for patients’ healthcare
  • Establish a genuine rapport with patients through collaboration via extensive in person patient consultations and remote follow-ups
  • Demonstrate pride and participation throughout the entire patient experience, establishing long-term relationships, both with members and our corporate team
  • Order labs, evaluate results, and use them in development of treatment protocols for the aging patient
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records
  • Stay abreast of up-to-date trends and research new scientific papers for treatment protocols, supplement solutions, and condition-specific resources
  • Reply to patient messages timely via various methods of communication including telemedicine, phone and emails
  • Consulting with other physicians, referring patients to specialists when necessary, and working with other healthcare staff, such as Performance Health Coaches, Member Experience Coordinators, etc.
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Doctoral degree (MD/DO) of clinical experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience required
  • Certification: Board-certified or board eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine, Endocrinology, the American Board of Internal Medicine, Functional Medicine, Anti-aging/Weight Loss and/or multi-specialty (preferred)
  • Licensure: Valid and unrestricted license in good standing with the medical board in state of practice
  • Must have malpractice Insurance for age management medicine
  • Maintain current Registration Number from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) for writing prescriptions for controlled substances
  • Ability to work cooperatively with small office team, corporate executives and support staff and open to operating changes that move the organization forward
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound clinical judgment, including consulting with other practice physicians and fostering the “spirit of Cenegenics”
  • Demonstrated service-oriented mindset with the ability to perform comprehensive initial and follow-up healthcare evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment and act in the best interest of the patient
  • Ability to accurately maintain medical records within Salesforce (EMR) and follow compliance guidelines as outlined by our medical director
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information according to federal, state, and practice guidelines and regulations
