Position Summary
As Concierge, you are the first point of contact for all residents, visitors, and clients. You are expected to provide professional, courteous service while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at all times.
*Please note as a Floater, you will be on call to support staffing needs at various locations, with a flexible schedule that may vary week to week and no guaranteed fixed hours or shifts.*
Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Greet all residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain front desk coverage at all times unless properly relieved.
Answer phones and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
Ensure all visitors are signed in and accounted for.
Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries accurately.
Communicate effectively with management, staff, and residents/tenants.
Report any safety concerns, maintenance issues, or incidents immediately.
Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, concierge, or front desk roles preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
